No Knead Ciabatta


No Knead Ciabatta
3-1/2 cup unbleached white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp yeast
1-1/2 tsp salt
2 cup warm water

You just stir. Let it rise for 18 hours at room temperature (60-70 degrees), pour and shape, let rise 2 hours and bake at 375 for about 35 minutes.

I sifted the flour into a 4 cup measuring cup and it came out great! You do want to make sure the flour is not packed.

REALLY good as garlic toast!
