Cranberry Orange Relish


Cranberry Orange Relish

1 large orange
2 cups/1 pound of fresh whole cranberries
8 packets of Truvia (or other sweetener)

Zest the orange peel, then peel the orange getting off as much pith as possible, and remove seeds.

Put the orange in the food processor or blender with about half a cup of cranberries and the orange zest. Pulse until chopped but you don't want it to turn to mush so don't do it too long.

Continue adding in about half a cup of cranberries until they are all chopped.

Mix in the sweetener, put in a covered container and chill for a couple of hours.

Serve! I put mine on my salad last night instead of dressing, it was fantastic!
